In addition to improving the flexibility and relaxation in your back, the back stretcher also works for your neck and shoulders. Thanks to the position that is adopted on the back stretcher in combination with the relaxing acupressure points, it provides a positive effect.

The adjustability of the back stretcher makes it ideal because you can gradually improve the relaxation in your back. This way you can start at a low level and improve the flexibility and relaxation step by step.

The adjustable back stretcher is suitable for people of all heights and sizes. The adjustability and different lying positions that you can adopt on the device allow you to determine which area of ​​your back is treated. This way you always massage and relax your ideal spots and ensure a completely relaxed back.

The stretcher is very easy to use, as it consists of only 3 parts.

1. When you take it out of the box, you can easily click the two separate parts together in the designated places. You can choose from position 1, 2 and 3. If this is the first time you use the device, always start at the lowest position. You can place the foam strip in the middle of the backstretcher and pull it through the designated openings.
2. Sit at the back (the (widest) side with only 1 notch and the side without the logo) and let your body slowly sink until you are seated on the back stretcher. The back stretcher is therefore above the buttocks.
3. Try to find the right and most comfortable place for yourself so that you lie comfortably and feel the effect on your back.

The backstretcher can also be used while sitting. You can place it vertically against the back of your chair. This way, you can use the massaging effect of the backstretcher while you are working, for example.

The backstretcher has 3 positions as standard (but is now also available in a model with 4 positions, see our range for this). The positions are easy to adjust by bending the upper part and clicking it into the standard. The dimensions (height) of the positions are:

Position 1: 6 centimeters
Stand 2: 9 centimeter
Position 3: 12 centimeters
