How do I use a back stretcher?

The stretcher is very easy to use, as it consists of only 3 parts.

When you take it out of the box, you can easily click the two separate parts together in the designated places. You can choose from position 1, 2 and 3. If this is the first time you use the device, always start at the lowest position. You can place the foam strip in the middle of the backstretcher and pull it through the designated openings.

Sit at the back (the (widest) side with only 1 notch and the side without logo) and let your body slowly sink until you are seated on the back stretcher. The back stretcher is therefore above the buttocks.

Try to find the right and most comfortable place for yourself so that you lie comfortably and feel the effect on your back.

The backstretcher can also be used while sitting. You can place it vertically against the back of your chair. This way, you can use the massaging effect of the backstretcher while you are working, for example.

Exercises and postures with the backstretcher

You can increase the relaxing effect of the backstretcher by placing your body on the device in the right way. In addition, you can stimulate the softening and relaxing effect by moving your arms or legs in a certain way. If you stretch your arms above your body, the shoulder blades become a bit looser and the backstretcher focuses on a different part. Some positions you can adopt are:

➜ Place your arms behind your neck
➜ Bring knee up and place hand on knee
➜ 'Normal' position in which the arms lie on the floor next to the body
➜ Arms stretched above the head
➜ Straight legs or raised knees
